Here are some potentially useful web sites that I've come across:
The Fathers Network is a USA based organisation. Their "mission is to celebrate and support fathers and families raising children with special health care needs and developmental disabilities."
Through the Looking Glass is another USA based "center that has pioneered research, training, and services for families in which a child, parent or grandparent has a disability or medical issue." Their "Fathers links" page.
