New introduction to forumWell hello there, I am AL. real name Alan, I work for a charitable organisation - PAMIS -working with people with PMLD (profound and multiple learning disabilities) in Glasgow.
I have 3 children, my eldest is 6y/o and is severley and profoundly disabled. I have been signposted here from a childrens officer at ENABLE who let PAMIS know about this forum.
I think this is a great thing. Us fathers sometimes get forgotten about just a wee bit.
Well, enough from me at the moment. I am Glad I have been informed of this forum -- very good for fathers.
I will speak to you all through time I hope.
Like other people with disabled kids, we all have many stories and much in common to discuss and express.
Great idea from the creators of this! Lets watch it unfold.
